Music has become one of my passion in life, I like almost all kind of music, but my favorite music is ballads. Mostly I enjoy music only by listening to it, through radio or mp3 files I have. Watching video clips is rarely to do, because I have to work from monday to friday, so by weekend, I never miss the chance i get. Seriously, everybody and their mom thinks that they can be a professional video editor as soon as they get a new Mac with iMovie. The problem is, it’s not just the technical stuff you need to know, but also the artistry of it. You can have the most wonderful star wipes and fades, but if you put them in the wrong place, it just makes the video look silly. If you are doing a music video, you need to take special care since there will be so many cuts, and it can look pretty cheesy if you don’t take care.
Ahh well, in a few years most of these new guys will be bankrupt and the real professionals will just keep on working…
